Oil and Vinegar Infusions
Rosemary Olive Oil
Ingredients:
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp coarsely ground dried rosemary
Process:
Coarsely grind dried rosemary. Combine all ingredients into the FlavorBox and whisk together. Cover FlavorBox with lid and place into the MX chamber. Close MX lid and press the following:
Strain and transfer to a storage container. Keep refrigerated.
Final flavor profile for each chef and/or bartender are different. You may have to add or reduce time depending on your personal flavor profile to achieve the result you are looking for.
